B's Ace Hardware

I found myself here 10 minutes before closing. I felt bad for walking in right before close but the staff was super helpful! The paint I was looking for wasn’t in stock at Lowe’s, Home Depot, or anywhere else in the valley. Luckily, they were able to mix the paint right there for me within 10 minutes! It was great to be able to finish my project the same night rather than waiting for more paint to be shipped to me. 10/10 recommend!

If you don't need lumber or sheet Goods or big bulk items avoid Home Depot avoid the crowd avoid getting lost and looking for somebody to help you. You go to B's Ace Hardware and literally the moment I walked in the door it was very friendly how can I help you. They knew exactly what I was looking for or where to find it and walk me to it. They have propane refill extremely well stocked store they had items a matter of fact that Home Depot was out of and for less money. I just moved to the eagle area and I will be going back regularly if I can avoid the big box store and support local this is the way to go.

I have been a long time customer even before change of ownership. Think they let go some fine help when they took over. The replacents don't have the knowledge the replaced help had. Now they no longer have lumber.

This is the smallest Ace I've ever seen, but they had what I needed. Friendly and helpful staff and greay customer service. Great for picking up common itmes without having to travel to the big box store.

Disappointed. I don't like writing suboptimal reviews but, in this case, it's more of a warning. Look up on-line to see they have the product I need. Drive over (it's a ways away) and they have it. Ring it up and the price is $2.00 more than quoted on their website. Brought it up to the clerk and after checking, I was told I need to purchase on-line and have it shipped to the store. Really? So come back later next week sometime??? I need to get the job done, two bucks, okay, I buy. Beware of bait-'n-switch. Call first to get the price, so you won't be ambushed by a price difference.
